HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY CAR REPAIRED?

Our mechanics will arrive to your breakdown usually within an hour of you reporting the breakdown, Repairs can vary depending on the scale of the incident. Our mechanics want to get you safely back on track in the shortest possible time and for 9 out of every 10 call outs, drivers are on their way within 30 to 45 minutes after arriving.

Car Dealer

DO YOU CHARGE FOR ESTIMATES?

Policy holders, we are not going to leave you stranded and we will advise of any out of policy repair cost before conducting any work. Payment can be made upon completion of works or you can pay at a later more convenient time within 90 days.

Non-Policy holders will always be quoted ahead of works being completed and our mechanics will lay out all the options.

White Cars

ARE REPAIRS UNDER WARRANTY?

Most works will be covered under your breakdown policies from either ourselves or a third party.

​

All new parts such as bateries, windscreens, tyres, lights and exhausts will all be covered under manufactures warranty.
